Jen and Kirstin honored their grandpa with a paver at a local memorial. Yesterday the entire Draz Fam attended a special ceremony at the memorial. Drew brought an American flag to honor his great-grandpa, Leon Niles. First he placed the flag on great-grandpa’s paver, announcing his love. Later he gave the flag to a veteran who received the Silver Star as a part of the ceremony. It was a morning to be remembered by all for years to come. I’m sure the family will make the ceremony an annual event.
I’m very proud of my dad and of Drew! God bless them both.
